BONJOUR!
My first European travel was in France in time for the Cannes Film Festival 2015.
Festival de Cannes was held on May 13-24, 2015. Yours truly got in as part of Team Taklub, Philippines’ entry to Un Certain Regard category. Thanks to my boss Brillante Mendoza or bringing me up here.
More than the glitz and glamour, seeing the entire place is such a wonderful story to tell. It’s too early to say but this is probably my best experience for this year.
I have no plans of roaming around France but staying in Cannes gave me the interest of touring around this country. I’d love to go back soon and will really plan ahead and save money for it.
Walking at the red carpet is such a great honor!
This trip is not really a travel but work related. However it took me into a deeper meaning of exploring cultures. Cannes is a city located on the French Riviera, a busy tourist destination and host city of the annual Cannes Film Festival and Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

Even if its work, you are so lucky to be in Cannes and be a part of one of its festival. I’ve been to Paris before but ‘m sure Cannes would be a really different experience.
It was really a great experience for me. Next time I’ll go to Cannes I’ll visit Paris as well.
