6 Filipino Films at BIFF 2019

Like Philippines, Busan IFF is also celebrating their 100 Years of Korean cinema. This year Film Development Council leads delegation of 6 Filipino films screening at BIFF. Each film will be represented by director and cast members. In the line-up we have seasoned and emerging new directors.

  3. Verdict, directed by Raymund Ribay Gutierrez, Asian Premiere, A Window on Asian Cinema
  4. Lingua Franca, directed by Isabel Sandoval, Asian Premiere, A Window on Asian Cinema
  5. John Denver Trading, directed by Arden Rod Condez, Internaional Premiere, New Currents (competition)
  6. Basurero, directed by Eileen Cabiling, World Premiere, Wide Angle, Asian Short Film Competition
